We hold regular tours of the school and nursery, including for those starting school in September 2022. It is never too early to come and look around! Please contact Mrs Barry to book in for a tour.
At Icklesham Primary School we offer extended care before and after the school day. Breakfast Club runs from 8am to 8.40am and Tea Club runs from 3.15 to 5.15pm (4.30pm for Nursery children). We also offer a range of clubs each day from 3:15 – 4:15. For information please ring the school office on 01424 814448.
At Icklesham we believe in providing all our children with opportunities to be the best they can be through our school Christian ethos and values.
We are a school built on Christian foundations where every individual is celebrated as unique. We aspire to be curious, compassionate, tolerant and active in a diverse world. We gather together to build a community that finds each person’s gifts and nurtures them that their light may shine. We hold a vision of success for all.
Let Your Light Shine before others that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in Heaven. Matthew 5:16
We place great importance on developing the whole child and so we have developed our curriculum to provide breadth and balance including wellbeing, sporting success, exploring the creative arts and sciences, alongside academic excellence. Our research based Curious Curriculum ‘I Wonder’ goes from strength to strength, ensuring that our children are engaged, curious learners who ask questions and enjoy finding out more. We focus on making every day count and so we offer support to strengthen and deepen learning so that all our children make excellent progress every day. This year we celebrated our eighth consecutive year of outstanding academic results and superb sporting achievements.
We hope you enjoy exploring our website to find out more about our school.
