– 2nd April
Wellbeing and Online Safety
Please remember it is important to look after your own wellbeing while we aren’t at school. I bet some of you have been feeling a little bit strange, worried or even a bit frightened about what is going on in the news and wondering why we aren’t at school. Remember to talk to an adult if you are worried. (Grown-ups please check the home page for recommended links to support your child). Why not try Cosmic Kids Yoga at home to help calm your feelings. The pack in the link below also has lots of activities to help you with your feelings.
https://www.cosmickids.com/category/watch/
You may be using the internet a lot more too so it’s important to remember how to stay safe online. Work through the Online Safety section on Espresso (under computing) where there are lots pf activities to remind you of how to stay safe online. Perhaps you could teach a family member about being safe online?
(Grown-ups please check the home page for recommended links to support your child).

Check this out https://plprimarystars.com/for-families/
Welcome to Mango Class
We are a class of year 5 and 6 children who enjoy making our learning challenging and fun!
Homework is usually set each week. We also encourage children to read regularly at home and practise their times tables up to x12. Having a secure grasp of the times tables makes a big difference to children’s mathematical success. There are lots of ways to practise them, for example saying them, writing them down and online games.
The children should have their PE kit in every day because we do a range of PE sessions across the week.
Mango Class are cooking again
