A very warm welcome to Ocean class – Acorn Nursery.
We are so excited to welcome all of our new and existing families to a brand new term.
This term we are focusing on “All about me.” We will spend time getting to know each other, learning each others names and doing small group work to make friends. We will also start creating our time line, exploring how we change from our first baby scan photos and looking at the process of growing from a baby, into a toddler or preschooler. We would love it if our families could bring in photos for our timeline and guess the baby board.
We will also be focusing on Autumn, creating Autumn crafts and learning about the change in seasons.
We will continue to offer daily phonics and maths input, all through play and continue to offer yoga, zumba and music sessions throughout the week.
We also look forward to inviting our families in for a stay and play session at the end of the term. Dates to be confirmed.
